Our success over the years is attributed to our commitment to quality products and services.

We improve our performance through self assessment using the Business Excellence Model (EFQM) whose essential principle is 'to achieve good results by involving everyone in the systematic improvement of all processes in which they are involved'.

The 9 criteria of European Model of Management

The European Model is an integrating model:

• for all aspects of TQM approach
• for quality improvement plan projects
• which provides coherence for all the improvement programs of Solvay Group.

It is both a qualitative approach (identifying strengths and areas for improvement) and a quantitative approach (measuring progress).

Following this model, all of our five productions plants are ISO 9000 certified:

Lostock, Rheinberg ISO 9001

Angera, Ebensee, Salin-de-Giraud ISO 9002.
